Scope
This policy applies to payments received by MABA Educational Services Private Limited for products and services provided through the MANO APP and www.manoedu.in, including the Online Psychometric Test.
Refund eligibility
Before test activation
A partial refund may be considered for cancellation requests before the test is accessed or started, at the sole discretion of the company or the Test Monitor.
After test activation
Once a test is accessed or started, refunds are generally not eligible due to the immediate delivery of digital content and personalized outputs.
Technical issues
- If your payment is successful but you are unable to access the test, we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within 3–7 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Duplicate payments
Any duplicate payments made in error will be fully refunded upon verification.
Non‑refundable items
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with results; outputs are generated automatically from user inputs.
- Group purchases, enterprise licenses, or customised solutions (unless specified in the applicable agreement).
How to request a refund
Email requestmaba@gmail.com with:
- Full name
- Mobile number and email used for registration
- Date of payment & payment reference/UTR
- Reason for refund request
Processing time
Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card network, or UPI provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution as we will need to investigate through the payment gateway and issuing bank.
